If you would like to put attachments in a group there are plenty of groups for that. This one is only for the weapons themselves.

What about FMJ or Rapid Fire or Akimbo? They aren't really atachments right? That would be hard to make but it would be worth it.

Ok, I'll start off with FMJ. FMJ is just a modified projectile, that has a higher penetration rate. It's not an attachment.

Akimbo and rapid fire are two fake 'attachments' made up by Infinity Ward, for their Call Of Duty game. Akimbo is just holding two weapons, which actually injures your limbs if the recoil is too high(like akimbo shotguns). And rapid fire is just a modified mechanism, which will in fact give the weapon a new designation.

And akimbo is the only attachment allowed in this group, since it is just making two weapons of the same kind.

The only MW2 guns I could see being legitimently dual-wielded are the: TDI Vector, FN P90, M4A1, M16A4, Beretta 93R, and M9.

M4, M16? You would burn one of your hands with the bullet casings. Also, there would be a lot of recoil, and thoughs guns are pretty heavy.

M4 and M16 Well after you shoot that you would need to be manually fed forthe rest of your life

Recoil from an AR-15 is fairly low. That, and a strap to support the weight would make it somewhat practical until you had to reload. Plus, it is possible to get a left handed AR-15.
True, but dual wielding itself is already fake in a modern war game. They should include those things in gangster games.
I bet that not one soldier in any national army is trained to dual wield an M9, let alone any other weapon.
