I can't believe that you guys hate LMG's. I think they are way better than most of the assault rifles, except for the noobish Scar-H. Anyway I have gone through ALL the assault rifles and I can't find one I like. But today I started using the British L85 or whatever, the LMG you know. And I find it to be very satisfying at both long range and short range. Yes I know all the LMG's aren't good, but try out the AUG or the L85 and you will see what I mean....

Btw, for all of those who HATE akimbo 1887's, the new PS3 patch for MW2 # 1.07 fixed that for the game. So those akimboed now aren't as awesome, however if you have and 1887 as a single one they work just as good as they did akimboed.

Here is what I currently use for most applications in MW2:

M16A4 w/ Red dot sight and Fall Camo
AA-12 w/ Grip
Equipment: Frag Grenade
Perk 1: Scavenger Pro
Perk 2: Stopping Power Pro (For regular matches)
Perk 3: Steady Aim Pro (For surprise CQ encounters)
Death Streak: Final Stand

I also use a few other guns, but not as much as this setup here. Btw, I went 32-0 with this setup on Wasteland too!
