You might be stuck with using those lego green army men torsos. Because other then those other decals, I can't find anything.

I've found a purist solution for the torsos, using the new rebel commando torsos from the new Endor Base set.

For the insignas, I'm going to use the ones Glenn found, thanks to all of you for the help!
