Are you gonna have the Commonwealth fighting a differant front from the US? You know, they didn't really fight in the same battle side by side

I suggest maybe having different views from different characters in different situations. BTW So do I get second in line Sergeant? As I said, my G-Grandfather was a sergeant in the Army during WWII...

Yeah, I'm having the common wealth appear in several "cut-scenes" and others like that.

Hmm, I considered that, and in the beginning I was even thinking about doing it from the German's point of view as well. The story's still coming together, so it's still a W.I.P. ;)

I haven't really decided who anybody is going to be yet, this is still the first day.

If you want to make the comic more historically accurate, this website says what ranks were in squads and what kind of guns each soldier uses.

And good luck with making this comic!

American Paratroopers and Brits fought together during Operation Market Garden. But it all depends whether the comic will be based on Paratroopers or the Infantry.

Thanks for the info! I don't have the largest BA collection, so I'm pretty much using every WWII stuff I have. :)

This is probably going to be based on the paratroopers, I tried researching on the wikis about the battles involving the infantry, but most was about the USMC..

I already have the guns for them- the Bren is easy, I just stuck a minifig hand where the magazine was supposed to go.

Also if you need some German Infantry Soldiers these torsos are good for the job.
http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=abrickworld&itemID=8367139

Also they aren't that expensive and the seller has lots. You can trust the seller because I bought some of these torsos from them too.

The Torsos don't have to be dark grey.

The Torsos don't have to be dark grey.

Or field green, it all depends, but the Germans never had light grey for their infantry outfits

Lets not argue and just let him choose since it seems like he has both colours(dark and light grey).

Alright listen up, One: the Color of their uniforms is all up to Jon to deal with since you guys aren't making the Comic anyways.
Two: The color all depends on what environment the Comic is taking place in.
