Veneno was once brothers with Peter Crasher's Toa Kedon. They were both matoran when they were handed toa stones and became toa. They were both together when Visorak turned them into Toa Hordika. While Kedon tried his best to master his rahi side, Veneno gave in to it, and eventually turned into his current form. After they became Hordika, Kedon saw Veneno's evil and left him. Veneno wandered alone until he eventually joined the dark hunters.Veneno was a toa of poison before, and his poison powers have increased because of his Hordika power.

((Lets have this in the distant past, before the dark-hunter/toa war, kryote is going to die then, after he makes akara toa. I also want a Bota Magna, as we have all done Aqua magna, and bara magna.)

I'm afraid this section is for characters for the Dark Hunter story Aaron - Your toa won't really fit here. A Dark Hunter or matoran would be best. I'll consider a Bota Magna story though. Be warned that this group is NOT going to have as many stories running at once as the BRC will, otherwise it's just confusing.

Aura, Elemental Toa of Gold.

Aura is a toa, but not an especially strong one. She is not a member of a team, and has been living on Poliaz with Lord Poliaz and General Vanembar.

She is currently visiting Stelt. This is where The Shadowed One has ordered several Dark Hunters to capture Aura. Most of these Dark Hunters would be players. She is to be brought to Odina.

The Shadowed One plans to use Aura as a gift to Tachyon, to secure an allegiance between the Dark Hunters and the Bio-Racers' criminal underworld.

Oh, and here's a link: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/180612? Ignore the fact that "Charger" was sent to capture her. He's a canon character, and it's actually best if he's not involved in the story.

According to Greg, NO MASKS OR ELEMENTS ARE EVIL. Even Shadow Toa can be good guys and a toa of light could be a cold, heartless tyrant. It's just how you use the element and the characters' intentions when they do. (In fact, one such toa of light exists in my Spherus Magna storyline.)

Some masks and elements have very nasty powers and bad reputations though. For example, Shadow was made "evil" because of the Makuta, but before Teridax took over, it was just another element. Light was neutral too, before Teridax - since light is the opposite of shadow. Other examples are the unnaturally powered masks or masks that manipluate souls. In the hands of good characters, they can be extremely useful even though most toa avoid them. Elements, Masks, weapons... none are good or evil. They're just things.

I'll get right on that. And to help your confusion, Killers in the Dark is a story about Dark Hunters on Odina, a few thousand years before the whole Toa Metru thing happened. Therefore we need characters who fit into that sort of story. You were asking for something completely different in your character post. Basically, for this particular story, You need either a Dark Hunter or a random freelance guy. Big powerful mighty toa like yours don't have much of a place here, since Killers in the Dark isn't really about Toa.

Race: Zyglak

Simply put, he's a Doctor (as far as you know). He joined the Dark Hunters at the request of the Shadowed One through The Recorder, on account of his mass knowledge and talent with poisons. Although his race is known for their cunning hate and feriocity, the Doctor is more interested in "the Pursuit of Knowledge," as he puts it. He has a very logical outlook on life, and cares little for fighting, unless he sees it as a "stratigic manuver."

Wow, thought of this guy right on the spot (No, I'm not watching BBC ;D). I think this Reptilian, poisonous, Doctor is gonna be fun to build!

This is my character for the Killers in the Dark thread:

Name: Kriigen?
Gender: Male
Species: Nashrak?
Occupation: bounty hunter, tracker.
Title(s): dark hunter, lord of the hunt, three other unpronounceable titles.
Element: Sonics
Mask: felenas
Weapons: sonic spear, Double-sided broadsword, throwing chakram.

Kriigen is a member of the race of Nasharak, an insectoid species of nomadic hunters. They stand about 8-9 feet tall, and have a highly barbaric culture. The Nashrak do not speak basic, and instead have their own language. This is due to the fact that Nashrak cannot physically pronounce most of the phonics in common speech. They are very inteligent, contrary to popular belief, and will sometimes work as bounty hunters, weapon makers, and mercenaries.

Kriigren wears the Kanohi Felenas, the great mask of disruption.

A standard feature of Nashrak armor is the Bio-core, a solution to the extremely slow rate at which the insectoid beings heal. Intergrated directly into the life form's body, which gives the wielder the seemingly vampiric ability to absorb it's victim's bio-energy, at the user's will, through a conductive object, like a sword, dagger, or spear, or simply through physical contact. The energy is then sent to various power collectors on the user's body and armor, where it can be used to heal it's user, or be used to power his/her abilities.

Kriigen, like most of his species, is an expert hunter, and posesses the ability to manipulate sonic waves. This allows him to communicate in the common tongue, to a minor extent, fire hypersonic concussive blasts, and make his actions and movements seemingly noiseless. His primary weapon is a large, single-edged, double-sided broadsword, identical to Brutaka's. His other main weapon, the sonic spear, is more similar to Titan Toa Takanuva's light spear. It is mostly used to focous his sonic powers, but is also a potent mele weapon. As a ranged weapon, he uses a metal chakram with incredible accuracy.

an ex-toa from a tribal island whose entire inhabitants were wiped out by other toa for a matoran colony they left harleci alive because he was "sentient" he killed them for that and all the matoran that came to the island he went to xia after that to get some new technology. After geting his tech he went back to his island to complete his ribal ritual: climb to the top of the great thorn tree and retrieve a feather from the razor bird instead of using his powers he really only uses his weapons his mask is helpful though.

Alright I hope this dude can still enter if I'm to late...I got grounded from the computer so I wasn't able todo anything...anyhoo I got a character I would like to enter...

History: Entrez was once a matoran of plasma who lived in Metru Nui. Entrez used to be a medic in a Matoran Hospital until his good friend died in that very building. So he quit. Because of depression. Later he bacame janitor in the arena in Metru-Nui. He would normaly just clean up the chairs from food or clean up blood in the central area where they fight once everybody was gone. He didn't get payed much so he was pretty poor. Several years later he met up with a old toa friend by the name Garhat a toa of fire and ice who once was a matoran also. They talked about their good times and bad and Garhat's many adventures until Garhat stopped talking. Entrez then asked what was wrong. Then Garhat pulled out arock with strange markings on it and said this," Entrez I found this stone in a small cave while searching a cave to find my rahi.
I came upon this rock while leaving and turned into a toa. Now since we are such good friends I want you to have it." Entrez was very delighted by this offer and took it. Later Garhat said good-bye to his friend and left. Then Entrez took out the amazing stone his friend gave him. He looked at it and saw it began to glow. All of a sudden he transformed into a mighty toa of plasma. Then seeing his apperence he ran to the colisium to battle so he could make more money if he could and start not being poor. And soon his he went his way...

Now maybe if you can someone please use there Dark Hunter in the story if you can to come look for this toa and then capture him anyway you like. I'll be on quite awile so...yeah contact me if you want YOUR Dark Hunter to capture him. :D

I say he's good, although Jake is the one you need to OK your character. Can I point out though that Veneno (Callan's character) is also a hordika. Veneno is a very evil dark hunter toa hordika though. Him and Entrez meeting would be pretty wicked.

Sounds like a possible character, but I see a few problems. The first is that that sort of character can't really be introduced until the story has progressed quite far. The other problem is that he actually sounds nowhere near as original as Kriigen, and if you wanted this new character, odds are you'd have to end up killing Kriigen off. :(

Having the Earthlord (Reglas) hiring him actually makes a lot of sense. Aura's element falls under the Earthlord's domain, and Reglas is also Aura's "father". He created her.

This is kept secret from all other beings in the Matoran Universe, so harleci wouldn't know Reglas created her, but it explains why Reglas would want a toa on the job protecting her. The plot is fairly thick.

Jake, I think this is a bit inaccurate. There are more sides than just "good" and "evil" here. I think the system should show which faction each character belongs to, where their allegiances lie. This, basically. If not, disregard this comment.

The Good/evil bits at the end work as follows, from supreme good to supreme evil:

LAWFUL GOOD: Your classic ye olde hero. Helps everyone they can, brave, and lives by their own code. Eg: Mata Nui, King Arthur

NEUTRAL GOOD: This type of character will do the best they can to help someone, without distrupting everything, but also will sometimes bend the rules.
Eg: Vakama, Churchill

CHAOTIC GOOD: This guy will defend their beliefs with their lives and try to save a life even when their own lives are in danger. They don't care about laws. If something is wrong, they fix it.
Eg: Kiina, Conan the Barbarian

LAWFUL NEUTRAL: Follows the law. Doesn't much care for good or evil, but follows the law.
Eg: Vahki, Computers

TRUE NEUTRAL: Very Zen. Basically a perfect balance. These guys usually keep separate from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Eg: Keetongu, Zen Buddhists


CHAOTIC NEUTRAL: Usually a very jestful character, lives on their wits and doesn't much care for the established order. Often the sort of person who goes in for the finer things in life.
Eg: Ehrye, Most musicians

LAWFUL EVIL: Sidorak is a good example. Someone who keeps their own code, but is still a heartless evil XXXX.
Eg: Takadox, King Henry VIII

NEUTRAL EVIL: They do whatever they can get away with, and often will do ANYTHING for pay. Most Dark Hunters are Neutral Evil.
Eg: Nidhiki, Cats

CHAOTIC EVIL: This guy is a maniac and loves destruction and killing. He doesn't care about consequences. He craves blood and will do anything to get it. Usually considered insane.
Eg: Vezon, The Joker

These alignments will actually be used by me on my MOCs' pages from now on. If you guys want to, do the same. ^^

I already wrote in the story that he already got to the arena and just dicovered his powers and defeated a Tuma in Metru-Nui. Then he goes inside the stadium to rest. You could capture him there.
