Ok, here's the deal. Last year, Emperor Ludgonius won for best on going theme or series with the LIU. Since then, he has started a new series that is still set within the LIU but is really it's own series called LIU Atlas. I added him to my list of nominees for now and I'd like your oppinion as to if he is eligible for this category.

I'd go with a "yes" on this one, too. I look at it as a sub-folder of the main folder (which is the LIU). It's a part of the bigger picture, but also functions as a series on it's own.

I also believe he's eligible, but I would really like to see a different builder's theme win the award.
