I dont know if I am even allowed to start new topics, but I think I have a vital issue that should be touched on. I, and probably half of the Moc pages community are kinda tired of the usual sig fig appearances. The last award show only had about 10 people that were mentioned. Not that Phipson, Ol' Emperor Ludgonious, the Shannons, and all them aren't hilarious, it is just that others (at least me) would like to see more sig figs mentioned in the show or at least shown in the background. Also, next year just a suggestion, you should do a zombie award. Thats getting pretty popular. Ya, so if its possible, I think a variety of people would be nice. Of course it is up to you though. Thanks...

Oh gee, where do I start? First off, you do make a valid point and don't think that I don't appreciate it. As far as putting other sigfigs in the awards show, that's a little difficult. I don't have a lot to choose from when it comes to fig pieces but I do my best to accommodate and represent everyone that I can givin my limited resources. First, we have to account for the winners and the host of the show. Once that is done, then "if" I have any parts left over for other sigfigs, I will try to sneak some in but I can't make any promises.

As far as the "rookie" award goes, there is one this year. "Best New Guy (or girl)" is one of the categories so one of the newbies is going to get his (or her) due this year. On those other categories (and other suggestions that I have gotten about "why not this category" or "that" category), I opened the Mocie awards this year to everyone who wanted to submit a category then I listened to the fickle public and listened to what they said. I can only have so many categories before it gets out of hand.

Anything else? No? Good... HAHAHA

Here's the problem with most sigfigs -- we use rare parts in different combinations, thus making it difficult. For instance, I didn't think my sigfig was that difficult until I learned that the torso I use is the werewolf from Harry Potter (I got it second hand). When I learned that, I bent on the torso and just as that the minifig head you see with this post be used and the rest is optional. Of course, since I'm bald and usually wearing my glasses, it's now relatively easy.


I couldn't make most sigfigs due to lack of parts, but I adapted for my Darwin entry. It doesn't have to be exactly the way the creator described it, and I'm sure that's what Chris will do as well. Otherwise, just send him your sigfig (or the parts to make one) and you'll be in.
