I say we should try something outside the box. Maybe tag or contests or maybe even things like builder challenges that get people to think and use pieces more creatively. Perhaps even try a groupwide MOC where as many as possible take part. Maybe an event where everyone builds on the same premise. It could work.

How does leaving MOCpages forever (sniff) to go back to the forums sound?
A story game would be easier done there than here, and some of us other leaders have some fun ideas that would work 10 times as well on the forums then on MOCpages...

I like the idea of meeting up in real life. The only feasible way to do that would probably be finding a convention to attend.
I am not in favor of moving to the forums. That's just one more site for me to check. That being said, I would still probably use them if we do decide to move...

Any European CONVENTIONS or just displays, like KockeFest and stuff? Although with the majority of the group being from U.S.A., american conventions would be more attended. It is true though, that more financially prosperous members of the group come from U.S.A.

Cup of what? Where? If it is a huge event, tickets will probably be super expensive and all hotels booked. Supply & demand.

Actually, that's a really good idea. It would be especially good for me and my my family because we are all big soccer fans, and besides that my mom could maybe track down and visit her old host family from way back when she stayed in Brazil for a year. The cheaper airfare would be a bonus.

I say a german or brittish LEGO convention for Eurasian qnd wealthy american members, a convention in U.S.A. for american members and the FIFA thing could work for people that ave an interest in going there.
Although in 2014 I will still be "TFOL" nd also an university student, so the option seems almost realistic if I get a job.

Well I'm trying to get a job, which will both give me money to go places, and limit my time to go places. I should be able to go to Brickfair 2014 though, so we could plan a meet up there.
