It's a royal rumble. 64 people will pass OVERALL, regardless the groups.
Judges will NOT consider which category you had, focusing on creativity, technique and presentation.

It's confusing looking at the creations page because it says the titles of the Moc's are "No Title" and the builder is "Unknown". What does that mean?

The middle one is mine and I can see the title just fine. But the other two say "No title." It's the same in every other group. Must just be part of the new upgrades.
