I have noticed something, something that happens almost every time a new member joins.
People dump all their creations here, pushing the MOCs of others away from the front page in the group.

Thus, I think the Admins should put a limit on how many MOCs a member can upload each day, because:
-Everyone would get their creations featured on the front page of the group for a longer time.
-If someone has MOCs considered 'bad', we could avoid having a whole page of them.

Yes or no?
When voting, please think about the group as a whole, not just about your own publicity.

I vote yes. It would be great if we all got equal times on front page.

I like this. I want to have a lot of creations in the group, however, if you feel that your creations are getting pushed to the back too quickly, then I'd be happy to talk to David about it. How many per day would you like to limit it to?

I doubt people post more than five new creations per day, maybe that is an acceptable limit?

I like that. I'm happy to change it, I just need to wait for David. I'll probably call him and ask him later.

Nice. By the way, was it you who made me a Moderator?

Yeah. You had good ideas and seemed to be interested in the general welfare of the group. That's what we like to see in members. Congrats.

I'd limit to three a day.

I really think you should limit it to 1 per day, or five per week. I am not a prolific builder because I have kids and a job. I just don't see the necessity in posting 3 to 5 creations every day. Just my two cents.

scratch that you should just delete all mocs and send a notice to each member and explain why!

As long as a single member doesn't gets all of the front page anymore, I think nothing more needs to be done, for the time being.

I think 3 is to low. I think we should change it to 5 or 4 per day. =P

I think three is perfect (because I suggested it). Most people don't make 4-5 great MOCs per day that they would post in this group. Many don't even make 4-5 MOCs per day anyways (I know I do but only for about a week then I take a break).

That wouldn't make any sense. I would have to delete each creation by hand-there's no mass deletion button. That means all 1164 current creations are gone. What is done is done. I wish we could have started this earlier, but it doesn't make sense to go back.

Ok I understand now and 3 is perfect It gives more space for everyone else, I mean it could be one moc per person considering the size of the group. I think you should consider that.

I'm thinking of starting a group for one moc per person. That way only everyone's best creations are in the group. But that's not neccessarily the point of this group, so I think we'll stick with 3 for now. But thanks for your input!
