I've noticed that in most groups like the CFOL the thread list goes on for MILES. None of that here. Don't start a new thread if there's already one on the topic. This topic is for SHARING ideas of contests. PLEASE don't start a separate contest thread without admin permission.

I suppose this suggestion is inevitably going to come from someone eventually, so it'll come from me. We could have an apocalyptic contest. I think this would interest a larger number of people to come.

Good idea. Fairly easy/fun theme to build in, also really popular. So I have an idea about how we could attract new members to this group through contests and not just wake up old members.

1. All us 3 admins, myself, Night Reaper, and JWG, could build something nice in the theme the contest is in.

2. We would all take HIGH-QUALITY pictures of said creations.

3. We would get each other's emails and send our pictures to a predetermined admin.

4. That admin would post our pictures as "Commoner's Club Apocalyptic Contest" on his page.

5. We would require people to join to group to sign up in the creation's description.
