Hmm... David's probably 2.5/5 or 3/5 on MOCpages, he's a good builder who's started picking up speed lately and is very active around the groups. I might be a 4/5, though I've been losing a bit of popularity recently.

I probably won't stick around, but this thread intrigued me.

For myself: -6/5 (feel free to speculate about what that means) But all randomness aside, I'm gonna' go with 4/5. As my name doesn't end in Bear, Kelso, Vermeesch, or Phipson (and I've left out a few more), I doubt I'll ever worthily attain the final fraction. XD

And to be perfectly honest, I don't think popularity necessarily reflects building talent. It takes time and effort to build a following.

As for people that call me favorite, it's top secret! And in all fairness, I don't currently know the exact number.

I would say 4/5 for me, but I did judge the MOCathalon, so that might boost me up a bit... That has nothing to do with my building skills though, which I feel have decreased along with my building regularity.
Hopefully both will pick up soon :D
