My mechs WILL disappoint...

And feel free to remove any of my pics that I added here, like the C3PO and R2D2 one, if they don't really fit the theme and goals of the group.

Ah, don't worry Shannon, right now I just need some pics and more members, a ton of people haven't caught on to the new system yet. This group is really trying to get more people to notice the one on Flickr. Thanks again for the pics Shannon. And I'm keeping Galatic Pimtastic, that's one of the funniest things out there.

I took a back door through Mr. Young's page and can now post a comment. Anyway I have been forcing myself to work on improving my Mecha skills this month so hopefully I can add something decent soon.

I have the same problem; however, begging for comments will tend to drive away legitimate reviews, and makes one look like a twit to boot.

As have I. I intend to post my best here.
I must say that I am grateful to the mod who okayed my entry request; there should be less crude at<insert letters here>s here than elsewhere. I for one find the starwars spam sickening.

I'd like to get some opinions on my new 'Vesta' 'bot; I think it's pretty decent, but I would like someone with a little more experience to give an opinion on what's wrong with it.
http://mocpages.com/moc.php/90867

You know, it seems to me that bots are very similar to microscale mecha; just a note. I might be able to make a micro-mecha dio if I make many more.

You mean that zoid thing? I don't know about that; I only have one point of reference for such things, and GBA games tend to take liberties with licenced intellectual properties, so I cannot really rely on it.

i said it was similar. and google works nicely for that kinda thing.

Log off what? Mocpages or your computer account? I myself make sure that everything is locked down tightly before leaving my seat; you can get banned if your idjit little brothers leap on and do nasty things with your account.
Not that I know whether you have them, but I have three of them of various ages. Not a good combination. I likes me mocpages account unbanned, thank you very much.

Really? I just march towards their room with a purposeful air after threatening to take their lego. It never fails; every time they scream and shierk and stop whatever they were doing.

you guys think thats bad? i have 3 brothers and 3 sister.. and im the oldest -.-
when i build something i have to put it up high so my baby sister doesnt touch them, other than that, they dont really bother with my lego to much :P

Haha! I got 1 only (one year younger than me) and he also builds lego (less better than mines) and he's always asking me for parts, so I just: say NO or I'll use reverse phsycology. Otherwise I simply "negotiate" by exchanging parts that I do not use/need for those that I need (Indeed).

my brother is 16, and whereas, he is better at games, i'm better(like 1000x better)at lego.

I just swap parts; recently-ish I bought a whole heap of useless boulders; tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum think they're the greatest things since Lego sliced bread.

because of my age amd overall lego dominance, i get all of the best legos which is actually 1/5 of all of my legos that i keeg seperate from the rest.HAHAHAHA LEGO DICTATORSHIP!!!

Nevertheless, I keep ALL my LEGOs (leftovers, parts, pieces...) on boxes/containers, bags, etc, in my room. Those who ARE assembled I kept them on boards around (for show). People think I build and play LEGO...well, THEY ARE WROOOONG! I ONLY use LEGO to "let go" my Imagination. Otherwise, I wouldn't have LEGOs after all. Between my bro and I, I'm like...em....1000 times better than him! (of course, I keep looking and I try to find new techniques to keep going my creations), in both Mecha (although he doesn't have parts for mecha) and Bionicle (I THINK BIIIIG!). Some inspirations are famous builders, movies, games, etc... which my imagination provides me with and I also draw (why do you think I'm always blabbing about Blueprints...huh?). If he tries to steal my pieces, well, he's going to soo sorry ('cuz, I can also do that twice the bad).-LC19-

I also buy sometimes new LEGO Sets, I build them and I keep them like 2-4 months until I disarm it for pieces (you see, I'm low at space...full of stuff).

take a look at this page ...

http://www.flickr.com/photos/luxorv/5223395724/in/set-72157625380280971/

Each year, Lego is trying to improve these pieces but I think this year also show their fragility and short duration. In your opinion, no longer makes sense to renew the context "exoforce" ... joints were much more attractive and durable
