Are there any other types of matoran in the Dark Flame besides Ta-matoran(such as Fe-matoran and matoran of plasma)?

A few. They paint their armor, though, to match the gang's colors.

There aren't really any restrictions, but Iron, Plasma, Lightning, and Earth are fairly common in their ranks.

I want to post a moc to this group, it has a gun, but its more of a gun that shoots steam, not bullets, can I still post it?

Yes, I suppose that works. As long as it's not a typical thornax launcher or ghostblaster, any kind of gun works for this group.
