While it may look good to have your name up around the top of the leader board, it means nothing. All it takes is a misstep in one round, and the top point-getter is gone!

If your name shows up on the list, you're moving on to Round Two.

Sorry for asking this question, but I'm a bit confused.

After CAREFULLY reviewing the "making the cut" thread made by you, it states:

"In the first round, the bottom two scorers in each group are cut."

So that means, if everyone on the list is in fact moving on...there must be two people whose names are not on the list making them DQ/voted out; correct?

Sorry, I just wanted confirmation.

No it hasn't. One player still needs to post his scores.

Ah, but if you carefully review the "Rule change announcement" thread, you will find that we changed it to one person cut per group this round.

Since every single group had at least one disqualification, everyone else who builds and judges by the deadlines will survive.

The number of cuts in subsequent rounds will be changed as well, and will be announced on a round by round basis.

I suppose I should go back and edit that section of the rules.

The Mob Rules...pshhh. More like The Rules Rule. Just yanking your chain, Shannon. There may be a lot of rules, but at least you are clear as a brand new windscreen piece.

Round One is done, and your total scores are listed at the top of the page. Again, if you notice anything amiss with my math or anything else pertinent, please don't hesitate to point it out.

Round Two groups will be announced shortly...

Total scores through two rounds are at the top of the page. One of our mobsters remains perfect, while another bears the Mark of the Beast! (I sort of apologize if you take that kind of thing seriously -- I just can't.)

And even though the pool was going to be cut to 21 players, a tie for the lowest score precludes that. So, once again, everyone who built and judged on time moves on.

Okay, we had 15 players build and judge on time in Round Three, and only need 14 for two groups in the next round. Wave goodbye to the low man on the totem pole:

Stuart Delahay - 5
Wes Pitter - 4.5
jason corlett - 4.25
Alex Fojtik - 4.23
Ethan M. - 4
Sam Ellis - 4
Phil Rumsfeld - 3.9
Heath 'kik36' Flor - 3.5
raphael heusser - 3.33
Casey McCoy - 3.25
Jøsh ! - 3.15
Thomas N - 2.83
LegoLord - 2
Cade - 1.5
-----
MOCrazy (formerly Professor Dex) - 1.48

(A 0.75 point deduction for incomplete judging proves VERY costly!)

Point totals for the survivors, as always, will be found at the top of the thread.

After the cuts for Round Four, we had nine brave souls left standing. But only seven can move on for the chance at ultimate glory.

Alex Fojtik - 5
Stuart Delahay - 4.67
Wes Pitter - 4.5
Ethan M. - 4.5
Casey McCoy - 4.37
Heath 'kik36' Flor - 4.33
jason corlett - 3.83
-----
LegoLord - 3.67
Thomas N - 3

Roberta, it's a shame. You really seemed to understand that the judging system was meant to be abused. I was rooting for you to make it to the final round, man.

Thomas, I don't know how you feel about so-called moral victories, but at least you went down swinging. Way to dodge a DQ in the 4th!

And for our final seven, one step on the road to victory remains...
