Your category was devised by Hans "you'll have to speak slowly, I'm a Raiders fan" Dendauw.
That category is... drum roll, please...
"Grills Gone Wild."
Put a link to your entry in this thread by 11:59 pm, May 23rd, or be disqualified.
Once that deadline passes, post your scores for all the other MOCs in your group in this thread by 11:59 pm, May 26th, or be disqualified.
This is also where you may discuss the category with your fellow group members, talk smack, make deals, threats, bribes, whatever.
Enjoy...

No, grills are multi-cellular lifeforms living in a certain region near the amazonas, domesticated by an indian tribe. Today they are used for the taste of Big Macs . Permalink | May 15, 2010, 12:44 pm |

The word has multiple definitions, both standard and slang. Remember, you are the judges of the creations, not us, so really it's up to you as a group how to call it, within the given parameters...make sense? Now, get to building!~H Permalink | May 15, 2010, 9:46 pm |

I'm not going to explain the whole why and all,
after all, I actually already knew it wasn't going to work out,
Anyway, I'm not building anything,
I'm sorry,
good luck to you all

not many creations for judging:
Jøsh !:
Nice idea with the cooking show and a nice landscape
-> 4.4
Phil Rumsfeld:
LOL! nice story but some blurry pictures
-> 3.2 Permalink | May 24, 2010, 4:18 am |

first off, a toast to those of us who actually built. (clink clink)
secondly,
josh ! gets a 3, because he built an excellent MOC, but I think it wasn't imaginative enough. I really think that just building something that already exists someplace other than the more twisted regions of one's mind for such a category as this just isn't right.
also,
Raphael Heusser gets a solid 4, for absence of teeth and generally not making the grill 'wild' enough. I think the eyes were a great start, I didn't particularly like them, but they were there, and I think that could have been expanded on. legs might be nice, arms. the nice grill gets you a solid 3 and the added light-up function brings you up to a 4. Raphael Heusser:
I have to say a living grill was my first idea too. But yours is really outstanding especially with the light effect.The eyes are nice. That makes four well deserved points from me.
Phil Rumsfeld:
Very creative story. The grill railway is good too and you did a nice job on the controll room. This one gets 4 points from me. Permalink | May 26, 2010, 12:40 am |

Since you guys each receive only two scores, throwing out the high and low becomes meaningless. Your final score will simply be the average of those two. Just in case you were wondering. Permalink | May 26, 2010, 2:46 am | |
