I liked the episode, a lot of people didn't like how Master Piell died though. I don't see why not though- just because it happens in the expanded universe doesn't make that the golden time line that can't be changed.

Many feared it means all EU will be abandoned but it doesn't- season finale even had a lot of EU-references- Trandos and their hatred with wookiees- even mandalorian helmet from the KOTOR and crystal skull from Indy :P
