This may be a stoopid question, but why did some of the Mandos have blond hair? Thought it was black, they appeared to be based upon people of Hispanic descent in Episode 2...

yes, they have eyes and hair dark colored, maybe they have it colored it different =D

They? omg there is only one mando in ep2 Jango- all others are his clones- Mandalorians are group of humans from planet Mandalore and there is all colors of them- even black (actually all aren't human- i've seen a picture of Rodian Mando !) Blonde mandos appear also in game Bounty hunter- Montross is Jango's enemy (and blonde) mandalorian traitor and another Dooku's another choice for a template of the Clone army- if he would've win the contest- all clones would be blonde.... not only Rex XP

LOL- also the first ever seen Mando Boba Fett in ep5 had blonde actor - Jeremy Bulloch http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Jeremy_Bulloch
