Thanks for the invite, Nick! Unfortunately I do not have much old-style Technic, so I can't say I'll add anything. I'll comment on other people's creations, though.

You're very welcome. It's good to have people who appreciate others' MOCs as well as building great stuff themselves.

Yay for an old Technic group! There are far too many similar groups out there (about 40 for 'fast cars') but few which cater for studs 'n beams building - thanks for the invite and happy that my MOCs fit in with the title : )

This comment is ironic to me, because I came up with one of those groups (I called it A Group of Fast Cars), and you're a member, Ape, I believe, you commented on how we could make the group unique...

I'll clarify: Its good to have original groups (like this one) which do something new, whereas 'A Group of Fast Cars' wasn't doing anything new so for me it would be cool to find a way of making it more unique amongst the sea of other 'fast car' groups.

Hope that makes sense! It's just my opinion anyway, I'm sure there are loads of people on MOCpages who love the fact there are lots of groups with the same purpose, but for me I prefer having a few active groups over many inactive ones. A way of helping groups to be active is to ensure they're not doing the same thing as many other groups already.

What we need is fewer, bigger groups with a purpose. There's plenty of room for 'fast car' groups etc and I'm happy to be a member of Bonald's; we need to either keep them alive or let them die...

Oh, no I understood what you meant fully! I was just stating that I found the comment ironic and why.

No worries 1101. What are you building at the moment?

That's the first time anyone's ever called me "1101" (I don't mind, by the way.)! In response to your question, I have a model built, but am unable to post it, as A)I haven't the time, and B) I have lost my camera, as odd as that may sound. I lose things a lot!
