The infamous "four line rule" is now dead

Seeing as how MOCtag isn't quite as dead as I thought, and somehow manages to lurch on, an announcement...

Starting with #26, builders no longer need fear I'll write a scathing review that might make them cry because they exceeded their allotted four lines. Go forth, my people! Write freely!

Whether this does anything to make for a more cohesive storyline from this point on remains to be seen.

Prob'ly not; MOCtag is infamous, and rightly so, for its schizophrenic storyline.

Ouch. =)

As for the four-line rule being taken out...Ah well, it was simple while it lasted! Actually, I'm not gonna argue either way, as the Father of MOCtag has taken it out. Any thoughts of trying to get some more popular builders back in?

Are you volunteering?

I hope you are. Seriously. I don't want to have to keep intervening, I just want the thing to run on its own, but for the second tag in a row, the builder has posted it without having anyone officially tagged. This is annoying me to no end.

I can not do a MOCtag myself right now but I have no problem declaring in a review on his page that, by executive order of the god of MOCtag, I will tag someone for him if he can't do it himself.

As a matter of fact, let me start a new conversation thread asking for volunteers right now.

Sure! I'm not calling myself a popular builder, but I wouldn't mind gettin' back in the game and redeeming myself from last time. =) I'll head on over to that new thread and officially volunteer...

When you reach a point that posting a MOC guarantees you will hit double-digits in the number of reviews on it within a few hours, and it's not because you're in some rabid chatty clone trooper clique or something, you have become a Popular Builder.
