Win a contest:2
Be member of the month:2
Break one rule:-1
Three demerits and you are banned!
Gain ten merits and you go up a rank from member to moderator. After you are a moderator, your merits will be reset, and you need fifteen to go from moderator to administrator. Administrators do not receive merits, but they can receive demerits and go down a rank.
