Rugops ~ T.E.C Is a loosely organized alliance among many evil bionciles, nothing holds bionicle members together other then the fact that they have a hobby in common, a hobby that some times requires the participation of several individuals, this hobby is of cores hunting Toa, Toa have proven themselves to be quite worthy formidable prey, making them not the easiest to hunt, so when hunting more then one at a time it’s generally necessary to bring afew buddies along, if that’s the case, that’s where TEC comes into play. The alliance commonly feuds over who should be leader, this proved to be a severe weakness when hunting Toa, there are always at least one member commanding tho, TEC Leaders are always tougher then those they command, the leaders who aren’t; tend to be killed very shortly after becoming a leader, even tough leaders are challenged, it’s vital they assert their dominance before going on a hunt, some leaders are tough enough to even implant detonators into each of their follower’s heads, in order to demonstrate what happens when one disobeys, he’ll blow up one, but considering it’s a difficult task to put a detonator into an evil bionicle; the bionicle that does it must be very tough, Typically the group is commanded by over 20 commanders, although they are each part of one big group, they are almost always separated into many smaller groups, some even being loan wolves and following no commands. Many of the evil bionicles associated with TEC don’t like Toa for a variety of reasons, some don’t necessarily like them, but they don’t hate them, they hunt them purely for sport and their amusement. But those who don’t like them, frequently don’t because they don’t like how Toa get in their way when they want to do something, always doing what they consider to be interfering with things that shouldn’t concern them. The group has guidelines, but rarely consequences to reinforce them. ~ this paragraph is incomplete and I will modify it when I get the opportunity
